We not only design the pipeline for safety from natural elements like temperature ( which is specified in international and PNGRB codes) and stresses caused by Wind/Seismic Sway, temperature upto 65degC, building settlement, using computerised stresses stress analysis CAESAR II software, but also design the pipeline sizes and routing using AFT Fathom software, to meet the relevant code specifications (ASME B 31.8) , to ensure adequate supply of PNG/LPG to the remotest kitchen at low and safe pressures. Codes referred by us include IS, OISD, PESO, PNGRB T4S-CGD, NFPA and other international codes.
